The Problem

As a local jewelry business, Sanborn’s was looking to stand out from competitors. Specifically, it aimed to raise local awareness, increase Bridal Sales and its customer base.

Our Solution

Beginning with our Start With Why whiteboarding session, we took a deep dive into Sanborn’s current challenges, goals, and values. From there, we made Sanborn’s a jeweler your friends recommend through a rebranded presence that complemented its current look with data to draw in new customers.

The Results

With a new social media presence, ECommerce site, and print & digital campaigns in place, 2020 bridal sales were up 74.8 percent. In addition, 54 new customers from Spring Lake and Grand Haven were added to the mix, and Sanborn’s total sales went up by 11% YTD.
