Careers

We’re always looking for good people.

Find satisfaction in doing work that makes a difference.

When we say “makes a difference,” it means a few things to us. It’s the impact we make by doing great work for our clients that makes their jobs easier and grows their businesses and their bottom lines. When those businesses grow, it makes a difference in the community by creating jobs and opportunities for the people in it to thrive and enjoy where they live. And lastly, we strive to make a difference in our employees’ lives by being a rewarding, challenging, and enjoyable place to work. Because when our people are happy, they do great work. It all comes full circle.

In the heart of downtown Muskegon.

Our office is located in downtown Muskegon, close to an eclectic mix of restaurants, craft breweries, and cocktail bars. You can also catch a hockey game at the Mercy Health Arena, shop at one of the best farmer’s markets in Michigan, or take in some culture at the world-class Muskegon Art Museum—all within walking distance from our front door.

Working here has its Benefits.

There’s a lot more to working at Revel than just a paycheck and a ping-pong table. We offer a top-notch benefits package that encourages our people to be happier and healthier and helps them to grow both financially and professionally. And most importantly, there’s a bunch of free food and drinks.

Profit Sharing

We are pleased offer employee profit-sharing. Our current program awards profit sharing quarterly, up to 20% of profit based on achieving our AGI goals. Awards are payable in cash and as 401(k) contributions.

Professional Development

Professional development (PD) is improving yourself at work beyond what you need to do your job. The theme of the program is “Be Curious.” It was inspired by a speech in the Apple TV+ sitcom Ted Lasso. Awards range from lunch on Revel, Brewery Mug Club, gift certificates, and additional PTO.

Flexible Work Environment

We recognize that not every job requires everyone to be in-office every day—and that a change of scenery can fuel creativity. We offer work-from-home/remote work on a case-by-case basis due to the different functions and responsibilities of each position.

Paid Vacation

Paid time off is crucial to every position. We encourage all employees to use all vacation time each year.

Insurance Packages

Employees who work 30 or more hours per week and their dependents are eligible for Revel’s health insurance coverage.

Employee Assistance Program

Free, confidential counseling is available through our Employee Assistance Program to all employees and contractors at Revel. Benefits include personal consultation, legal consultation, elder care consultation, and financial consultation.

401(k) Match

We understand that investments are important and critical to your future and retirement. Revel offers a 401(k) to all employees with a matched employee contribution and the option for profit-sharing contributions.

Referral Program

Revel’s referral program, also known as “Revel Ups” is a program that enlists the help of the team to keep a heads up for prospects that are worthy of direct sales follow-up. Rewards include gift cards, team lunches, and commissions.

Revel-Branded Swag & Endless Snacks

Because who doesn’t like free branded swag and endless snacks.

The qualities we value in our people.

Be among the Best & Brightest.

We’re proud to have been named one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For for several years in a row. This honor is given to companies that are forward-thinking and show a commitment to employee happiness and wellbeing. It means a lot to us, because it’s a direct reflection of our employees and what they say about working here. We wouldn’t be here without our talented team and our clients that give us the privilege to work for them.

The ping-pong table and kegerator probably don’t hurt either.

That’s why we’re committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, skills and views that align with the diverse customers and communities we serve. Our mission is to build something greater, not just with the work we deliver, but inside our own walls. To do that, we need a workforce that’s more representative of the people we serve.
