Lance knew early on he wanted to work in an ad agency. After discovering graphic design in high school, he built his career step by step, moving from Designer to Art Director to Creative Director, and eventually leading his own agency. Today, he serves as Creative Director at Revel.
In his role, Lance helps brands define what makes them different and bring that to life through clear, focused creative. He believes the brands that win are the ones that know exactly who they are and are not afraid to show it.
His work spans brand development, campaign direction, and creative strategy across client accounts. Across every project, his goal is simple: create work that stands out.Â
Lance leads with a collaborative mindset and brings people into the work. He believes the best ideas come from teams, not individuals, and that great creative happens when everyone is working in their strengths.
Outside of work, Lance can usually be found in the kitchen, which he considers his second office, trying new recipes or cooking old favorites. He and his family spend time walking the Grand Haven boardwalk, downtown neighborhoods, and local trails in a never-ending effort to keep up with their two English Labs. He also enjoys time with family, most of whom he has successfully convinced to move to the Lakeshore.
