As Graphic Designer at Revel, Lauren shapes the visual identity of client work across the agency. Her path here started in marketing at Western Michigan University before she switched into the graphic design program, and that mix of strategy and craft still shows up in everything she designs.
Before joining Revel, Lauren designed in-house for a single-brand company and spent several years in operations and customer service roles that sharpened her skills working with teams and managing client relationships. The combination of creative training and real-world experience leading people is what makes her a strong fit for agency work, where no two projects look alike.
In her role, Lauren leads creative from concept through execution, translating brand strategy into design systems, campaigns, and the details that add up to a coherent identity. She works alongside the creative team to make sure the visuals are doing real work for the client, not just looking the part.
Outside of work, Lauren is a film photographer and a non-professional runner. She is also the kind of person who learns a new skill just to prove she can. Ask her about her quilt.
