Revel Recognized as Four-Time Winner of West Michigan’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For

For the fourth time, Revel has been honored by the Best and Brightest competition as one of West Michigan’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for. On top of the agency’s annual holiday beer making and famed office ping pong table, the Muskegon-based Agency has been recognized for its notable benefits, employee solutions, compensation, education, work-life balance, and more.

The exceptional title has been given by the Michigan Business and Professional Association to companies who display excellence in their human resource, company culture, and employee enrichment practices. These businesses must exemplify “better business, richer lives, and stronger communities.”

Revel’s marketing strategies to grow manufacturing businesses have not only moved their clients but their own workers as well.

“Working with the team at Revel has been rewarding and exciting,” says Beth Houghton, Art Director and distinguished cat lady at Revel. She has been inspiring her team for over a year. “You feel like you’re a part of a family and what you say actually matters. I’ve been challenged, inspired, mentored, and, above all, thankful for the opportunity to come on board!”

In order to meet the standards of such an award, Revel answered over 130 questions regarding their company finances, diversity, and leadership goals. These responses were then reviewed by an independent panel of business leaders. If deemed worthy, a survey was then sent out to all Revel employees to gage our employee’s personal values on their pay, work/life balance, and personal growth opportunities. Combining the “scores” of these two components Revel was deemed one of the 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.

Revel and the other winners of this award were honored virtually Tuesday, May 12. In addition to public recognition, Revel will also receive a complimentary assessment report and the opportunity to take advantage of other benefits, such as workshops, case studies, and various resources throughout the year.

“What makes this award so special,” said Revel Partner and CEO Jason Piasecki, “is the fact that it’s employee nominated. To be recognized by our own team as a great place to work four times speaks to the caliber of the culture that we’ve built. I’m very proud of all our people here at Revel.”
