Revel’s Winning Culture Earns Ninth ‘Best & Brightest Companies to Work For’ Recognition

Revel has once again been named one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, marking the ninth time the agency has received the distinction. The award recognizes companies that go above and beyond in creating exceptional workplace cultures, focusing on everything from professional development and communication to work-life balance and community engagement.

“Revel has leadership who genuinely care about their employees and our clients. They listen, they ask for feedback, and they act on it,” said traffic manager Tracey Piasecki, who celebrates 19 years with the agency this month. “They want to know what’s working and where they can improve, and that makes everyone on the team feel valued. We’re also encouraged to keep learning and are supported with the tools we need to do cutting-edge work. I love the fast pace, the variety, and the incredibly talented people I get to work with. I wouldn’t change a thing.”

Revel, a marketing agency based in Muskegon, has recently shifted its focus to specialize in employer branding, helping organizations attract, engage, and retain top talent through strategy-driven marketing. That same intentional approach applies internally, where the agency fosters a culture of curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.

“Our team supports each other and our clients in ways that really matter,” said web manager Cindy Huston. “We’re more than coworkers. We’re invested in one another’s success. And each of us goes above and beyond for the good of our team and the good of our clients.”

The Best and Brightest program honors organizations that demonstrate excellence across key areas of employee experience, including recognition, retention, education, and shared vision. For Revel, it’s a validation of a people-first philosophy that’s been at the heart of the agency for more than 20 years.
