Revel has named Lance Parman as Creative Director, adding a creative leader whose north star has always been the same: work that’s distinct and impactful.
Parman brings a full-spectrum creative background to the role, with experience spanning design, art direction, creative leadership, and agency ownership.
“I was always interested in art and creativity, but I discovered graphic design and advertising in high school,” said Parman. “From that point on, I was determined to work in an ad agency.” He went on to progress from Designer to Art Director to Creative Director, ultimately becoming an agency owner before returning to the role he enjoys most.
At Revel, Parman will lead creative direction across brand, campaign, and digital work, making sure strategy drives every decision.
“Brands that carve out a clear, unique position in competitive markets are the ones that win—and that’s the foundation for great creative,” Parman said. “Strong design and communication matter, but without true differentiation, they fall short.”
Parman is also known for a collaborative leadership style that brings teams into the work while keeping performance at the center.
“The best work happens when everyone on the team is involved and working together,” he said. “No single team member is a one-man show. When everyone gets to do what they do best, the magic happens.” And when the work comes together, his standard is clear: “Work that looks good in my portfolio is nice, but work that actually moves the needle for a client is even better.”
Revel leadership sees Parman’s addition as a natural next step as the agency continues to grow its impact.
“In a short time, Lance has made a meaningful impact on both our creative work and our team,” said Revel Chief Operating Officer (COO) Danielle Webb. “His experience speaks for itself, but what stands out most is how he collaborates and thinks. He asks thoughtful questions, listens first, and raises the bar for those around him. He’s bringing the kind of creative and strategic leadership that will continue to move our team forward.”
Those qualities have been on display for years beyond Revel’s walls. Cindy Huston, Revel’s Web Manager and a longtime friend and professional peer of Parman’s, sees the hire as both a personal and professional win.
“I’ve known Lance for years, as a friend and as someone I’ve watched work,” said Huston. “He brings a rare mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and business acumen. What excites me is that the collaborative energy and integrity I’ve always seen in him personally is exactly what he’s bringing to Revel and our clients.”
For Parman, the draw to Revel was simple: the people. It’s a conviction he holds firmly, even in an industry increasingly shaped by new technology.
“Good things happen when the team is made up of talented individuals who share a desire to be their best and do their best for each client,” he said. “Not even AI changes that.”
As Revel looks ahead, Parman is focused on contributing to what comes next.
“Like every great business, Revel is always looking forward and reaching for bigger dreams and future goals,” he said. “I hope to be an indispensable member of the team that makes those dreams a reality.”
